On Mar. 5, 2025, the Center for International Law Studies under the Department of Global Governance at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) hosted a seminar focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and international law. The event was attended by experts in international law and took place in the seminar room on the second floor of the KNDA building.
The seminar aimed to (1) analyze what are the influences of AI technologies, which has been developing and popular globally, on the framework of international law architecture as well as the constitutionality of norms, and (2) explor the challenges of international law and relevant responses by reviewing recent legislative trends in major countries.
