On March 6, 2025, H.E. Mr. CHOE Hyoung-chan, Chancellor of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA), met with Mr. James Heenan, the Head of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (OHCHR) Office in Seoul, and they discussed the current status of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK, also known as North Korea).
