On October 16, 2023, the Department of North American and European Studies invited Walter R. Mead, Professor at Bard College and the Ravenel B. Curry III Distinguished Fellow in Strategy and Statesmanship at Hudson Institute, and Associate Director Mike Watson at Hudson Institute for a seminar at the IFANS.
 
 

The two sides shared perspectives on the U.S. Grand Strategy and the upcoming presidential election in the United States.

From the IFANS’ side, Chancellor PARK Cheol Hee, Director-General KIM Hyun-wook, Director-General CHOI Wooseon, Professor MIN Jeonghun, and Researchers Jeong Hyeyeong and KIM Youngwuk participated.
