Seminar on Asia’s Political Landscape amid the U.S.-China Rivalry  Upload Date 2021-11-19 Hits 5762
On November 19, 2021, the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korean National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) hosted an academic conference on the topic of “Asia’s Political Landscape amid the U.S.-China Rivalry and Challenges ahead for Korean Diplomacy.” 
 

The meeting was arranged to build a solid network with scholars from universities outside the Seoul metropolitan area pave the way for further interactions. Participants shared their views on issues such as the rivalry between the U.S. and China; Korea-China relations and the relationship between Korea and ASEAN. 
 

The list of participants includes: President OH Youngju (IFANS); Director-General KIM Young-moo (IFANS); Counsel CHO Yong Chun (IFANS); Counsel HAN Dongman (IFANS); Associate Professor KIM Hankwon (IFANS); Assistant Professor PYO Nari (IFANS); Research Professor CHO Wondeuk (IFANS); President HA Sang Bok of The Honam Political Science Association; President CHUN Chaesung of Jeonbuk National University Institute for Southeast Asian Studies; and other distinguished scholars.
