The 2021 LDP Leadership Election and Japanese Politics: Assessment and Prospect Upload Date 2021-10-05 Hits 1550
On October 5, 2021, Center for Japanese Studies of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) held a closed-door expert seminar on the topic of “The 2021 LDP Leadership Election and Japanese Politics: Assessment and Prospect.”

The seminar was arranged to evaluate the results of the LDP leadership election and predict future domestic political trends in Japan to draw implications for Korea’s Japan policy.

 
The non-face-to-face seminar was held in the order of the presentation of Professor NAKANO Koichi of Sophia University, designated discussions by Professor YAKUSHIJI Katsuyuki of Toyo University, Editorial Writer HAKODA Tetsuya of the Asahi Shimbun, and Professor SHIN Jung-hwa of Dongseo University, and President JIN Chang Soo of the Sejong Institute, and open discussions.
