The 30th IFANS-CIIS Conference Upload Date 2021-09-09 Hits 2042
On September 9, 2021, the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) held the 30th IFANS-CIIS Conference (webinar).
 

Marking its 30th anniversary this year, the IFANS-CIIS Conference is an annual conference held by the IFANS and the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) since diplomatic relations between Korea and China were established in 1992.
 
IFANS and CIIS experts discussed opportunities and challenges ahead for the ROK-China relationship and ways to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula.
 


The list of participants includes: IFANS OH Youngju; Director-Generals KIM Young-moo and CHOI Wooseon (IFANS); Professors JUN Bong-geun, KIM Han-kwon, PYO Nari, LEE Sang-sook, and CHOI Jinbaek (IFANS); CIIS President Xu bu; Vice President LIU Qing (CIIS); Senior Research Fellow WU Jingjing; Director LAN Zianxue of the Department for Asia-Pacific Studies (CIIS); former Chinese Ambassador to Korea NING Phukui, and other eminent outside experts.
