On November 24, 2022, the Department of Asian and Pacific Studies of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) held the 2st Roundtable on Cross-Strait Relations.
The theme of the meeting was “Taiwan’s National Defense and National Security,” and with cross-strait relations increasingly becoming a vital issue with major implications for peace and stability in East Asia, participants engaged in a vigorous exchange of ideas on this timely topic.
The list of participants includes: Director-General of the Department of Asian and Pacific Studies KIM Jang Hyun; Associate Professor KIM Han-kwon (IFANS); Assistant Professor PYO Nari (IFANS); Director-General HONG SUNG HUN of Northeast Asia Division Ⅱ (MOFA); and many outsides experts specializing primarily in Taiwan affairs and cross-strait relations.
