Expert Seminar on Global Sea Level Rise Upload Date 2023-03-02 Hits 255
On March 2, 2022, the Center for International Law of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) held an expert seminar on the issue of rising global sea levels.
 
IFANS and outside experts discussed recent trends in international law relevant to rising global sea levels, pending issues in maritime law, and the sea level rise issue and nationality.  

The list of participants includes: Senior Research Fellow KIM Won-hee at the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST); Professor KIM Hyun Jung at Yonsei University; Research Fellow SHIM Sang-min; Professor LIM Ye Joon at the College of Public Policy of Korea University; Counsel PAIK Jin Hyun to the Center of International Law (IFANS/KNDA); Director-General KIM Jang Hyun of the Department of Asian and Pacific Studies (IFANS/KNDA); Associate Professor NAM Seung hyun, Head of the Center for International Law (IFANS/KNDA); and Researchers JUN Hyun Ji and LEE Hyunju.
