Defence and Unifications Meeting with USAWC Delegation Upload Date 2023-04-28 Hits 178
On April 20, 2023, the Department of National Security and Unification Studies of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) had a meeting with a delegation from the United States Army War College (USAWC).
 

At the meeting, IFANS experts, professors, lieutenants, and colonels at the USAWC discussed the U.S.-ROK alliance, the ROK-U.S.-Japan cooperation, the North Korean nuclear crisis, security cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, and economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. 

The list of participants includes: IFANS President LEE Moon hee; Professor Lami Kim (USAWC); Professor/Colonel James A. Frick; Professor Thomas Bajus; Director-General KIM Hyun-wook of the Department of American Studies; Director-General KIM Jang Hyun; Director-General KANG Seonjou of the Department of Economy, Trade and Development Studies; Assistant Professor PYO Nari; Research Professors CHOI Jinbaek and CHO Won Deuk; Minister KAM Woon An; and Researchers YOO Jiseon, KIM Sukyum, and Yoon Ye Rin.
