Meeting on“Response Measures to Attempts for UNESCO World Heritage Designation” Upload Date 2024-02-08 Hits 623
On February 8, 2024, the Center for Japanese Studies of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) organized a meeting at KNDA’s Seminar Room (4th floor) to address “Response Measures to Attempts for UNESCO World Heritage Designation.”
 

Following opening remarks by Chancellor PARK Cheol Hee of KNDA, the meeting was moderated by Professor JO Yanghyeon, Head of the Center for Japanese Studies, and presentations were given by Manager Kim Ji-young of UNESCO and Representative Research Fellow Jung Hye-kyung of the Foundation for Victims of Forced Mobilization by Imperial Japan. A discussion session followed involving all participants.
