Meeting with Keizai Doyukai Delegation Upload Date 2024-09-09 Hits 214
On August 28, 2024, a delegation from the Security Committee of Keizai Doyukai (関西経済同友会: Japan Association of Corporate Executives) visited the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) for a closed-door meeting with IFANS experts.
 


During the meeting, participants discussed topics such as the impact of the 2024 U.S. presidential election on trilateral relations between the U.S., South Korea, and Japan, the ROK’s Indo-Pacific strategy, the ROK’s policies toward China and the outlook for North Korea-Russia relations, as well as the ROK’s perspective on Japan’s LDP presidential elections.
